ASAE provides streamlined pricing, 24-hour online access, electronic badge previews, and everything else you need to ensure your registration is accurate, up-to-date, and effortless!
The ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to association and association management company professionals, consultants, federal government employees, higher education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those industry partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members whose council/committee is meeting in person during the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Toronto. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASAE reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations, including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Small Staff discount. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 12, 2017. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until July 12, 2017. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after July 12, 2017. Additionally, after July 12, 2017, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at email@example.com. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: ASAE Foundation's The Classic and the Annual Golf/Spa event, Toronto Experiences, Community Connection activities, and the 5K Fun Run/Walk are all fundraising activities, and we are therefore unable to refund tickets purchased; however, tickets are fully transferrable.
Full Conference Registration Fees Include:
- Access to all learning activities Sunday through Tuesday
- Admission to the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo)
- Evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday, and transportation between hotels in the ASAE block, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and the venues for official ASAE evening events.
Onsite Meals for Full Conference Registrations Include:
- Morning and afternoon beverages Sunday through Tuesday
- Lunch in the expo hall Sunday and Monday
- Continental breakfast at Monday’s Awards Breakfast
- Lunch at the Closing Keynote on Tuesday
- Food and beverage at the Saturday and Tuesday Opening and Closing Celebrations

The ASAE Access Pass, for ASAE Organizational members only, offers the best way to meet your team’s professional development needs and foster a culture of learning at all staff levels. You simply purchase points that can be applied to eligible ASAE in person or online education offerings and then redeem them over the course of your membership year in the way that best meets your organization’s needs. There are several Access Pass options to choose from, increasing your buying power up to 22% over standard member rates. Family and Guests
Invite your spouse or a guest to Toronto! A special guest registration is available for $399 which includes: Saturday and Tuesday evening events, Opening and Closing keynote sessions, and admittance to the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo) on Sunday and Monday! You can also purchase individual a-la-carte spouse/guest tickets for the Saturday and/or Tuesday evening events, awards breakfast, Community Connection activities, and/or the Toronto Experiences. Please note: guest qualification applies to those individuals not in the industry.
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, wire transfers and checks payable to ASAE.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the ASAE Registration Department, (please add ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Service Center at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org.
Consent to Use Photos
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
Our goal is to provide truly exceptional offerings and service, and we won't be happy until you are. If any programs, products, or services of ASAE do not fulfill our promise, we will make the situation right.
