The 2016 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to association and association management company professionals, consultants, federal government employees, higher education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those industry partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members whose council/committee is meeting in person during the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Salt Lake City. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASAE reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations, including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Small Staff discount or Circle Club benefit. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 13, 2016. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until July 13, 2016. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after July 13, 2016. Additionally, after July 13, 2016, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at email@example.com.
ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

- Admission to the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo)
- Evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday, and transportation between hotels in the ASAE block, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and the venues for official ASAE evening events.

- Morning and afternoon beverages Sunday through Tuesday
- Lunch in the expo hall Sunday and Monday
- Continental breakfast at Monday’s Awards Breakfast
- Lunch at the Closing Keynote on Tuesday
- Food and beverage at the Saturday and Tuesday Opening and Closing Celebrations

A special guest registration is available for $399 which includes: Saturday and Tuesday evening events, Tuesday’s Keynote, and admittance to the Associations Solutions Marketplace (Expo) on Sunday and Monday! You can also purchase individual a-la-carte spouse/guest tickets for the Saturday and/or Tuesday evening events, awards breakfast, Community Connection activities, Salt Lake City Tours. Please note: guest qualification applies to those individuals not in the industry.
For those bringing children to the 2016 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, child care will be provided by Guardian Angel Babysitting. This local company will provide a babysitter for your hotel room or other space on an individual basis. Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and checks payable to ASAE.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the ASAE Registration Department, (please add ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Service Center at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org.
Earn CAE and CMP Credits
Attend the ASAE Annual Meeting and earn up to 12 credits towards certification or recertification of your Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. Additional CAE credits can be earned by attending other qualifying education at Annual, such as education sessions in lounges and preconference certificate programs (6 CAE credits) and workshops (3 CAE credits). The additional credits will need to be documented separately on the CAE exam or renewal application. There is also the opportunity to earn 17 hours towards certification or recertification of your Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
