Hotels will sell out quickly. We recommend booking your hotel reservation as soon as you register. Cut-off date to reserve your hotel at the discounted meeting rates is July 20, 2016.
Shuttle transportation will be provided from non-walkable hotels to the Salt Palace Convention Center. For scheduled evening events, shuttle transportation will be available between event locations and ASAE contracted hotels.
Registration is not required prior to reserving a room. However, ASAE will be cross checking hotel lists against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the ASAE 2016 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition by June 13, 2016.
As association and hospitality professionals, we recognize the importance of fulfilling our obligations to our hotel partners. We appreciate your support in booking within the ASAE block. You can earn your hotel loyalty points when booking through the official ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition Hotel Reservation Office. Participating hotels and individual loyalty program rules and requirements still apply and are subject to change at any time without notice.

ASAE is in receipt of several reports from exhibitors regarding companies (Exhibitor Housing, Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, etc.) who have contacted exhibitors to "assist" with hotel reservations. At past shows, exhibitors and attendees have used these 3rd party companies only to find out they:
• Don’t have an actual reservation
• Lost a deposit or full payment
• Do not receive the rooms they reserved
• Arrive at sold out hotels with no reservation
• Have no recourse for the payment of rooms
The official ASAE Hotel Reservation Office – Expovision – is the only Hotel Reservation Office sanctioned and certified by ASAE.
