Registration Policies
ASAE provides streamlined pricing, 24-hour online access, electronic badge previews, and everything else you need to ensure your registration is accurate, up-to-date, and effortless!
Eligibility
The 2019 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to association and association management company professionals, consultants, federal government employees, higher education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those business partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for ASAE Board of Directors, Content Leaders (speakers), and volunteer council/committee members whose council/committee is meeting in person during the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Columbus. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASAE reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations, including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Small Staff Organizational Member discount. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
Cancellation/Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 10, 2019. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until July 10, 2019. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after July 10, 2019. After July 10, 2019, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at registration@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than August 20, 2019. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to registration@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: ASAE Foundation's The Classic and the Annual Golf Event, Columbus Experience Tours and Community Connections, 5K and Yoga, are all fundraising activities, and we are therefore unable to refund tickets purchased; however, tickets are fully transferrable.
Full Conference Registration Fees Include:

- Transportation between official hotels, the Convention Center, and the venues for official ASAE evening events.

- Lunch in the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo) Sunday and Monday
- Lunch at the Closing Keynote on Tuesday
- Food and beverage at the evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday

Family and Guests
Invite your spouse or a non-industry guest to Columbus! A special guest registration is available for $445 which includes: Saturday and Tuesday evening events, Opening and Closing keynote sessions, and admittance to the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo) on Sunday and Monday! You can also purchase individual a-la-carte spouse/guest tickets for the Saturday and/or Tuesday evening events, Columbus Tours or Community Connection activities. Please note: guest qualification applies to those individuals not in the industry.
Child Care
For those bringing children to the 2019 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, child care will be provided by Mobile Mommies. This local company, certified as a Minority Business Enterprise with the city of Columbus, will provide a babysitter for your hotel room or other space on an individual basis.
Mobile Mommies is staffed exclusively by professional adult babysitters who provide a trusted pair of helping hands for your family and age-appropriate games to keep your child occupied and entertained for hours. As a company, Mobile Mommies is the only event child care service member of Experience Columbus and has been owned, operated, and remained in good standing in the state of Ohio for over 8 years. Their slogan is "No Mess. No Fuss. Leave the Kids with Us!"
Each Mobile Mommies caregiver arrives at your hotel or venue ready to engage the children age-appropriate and entertaining play while still making sure they get to bed on time. From newborns to tweens, including children with special needs, Mobile Mommies makes babysitting safe and fun for all.
Safety is Mobile Mommies #1 priority and all of their caregivers are personally vetted to ensure the highest of quality care for your child. Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, wire transfers and checks payable to ASAE.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the ASAE Registration Department, (please add ‘registration@asaecenter.org’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Services Center: ASAEservice@asaecenter.org, or by calling 888.950.ASAE (2723).
Consent Clause
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
