Risk Readiness Lab for International Meetings 

Join the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) for an interactive Risk Readiness Lab exploring how associations can better prepare for uncertainty in international meetings. Using the Copenhagen Risk Navigator framework, participants will be introduced to 14 practical tools covering the full event lifecycle and apply them through hands-on scenario exercises. Participants will gain insights into the evolving risk landscape affecting international meetings and events, assess how different risk scenarios could impact meeting outcomes and organizational objectives, and test potential response strategies through collaborative scenario planning exercises.
