The ASAE Annual Meeting is where thousands of association professionals and industry partners gather to exchange knowledge, resources, strategies, solutions, and more. Over three days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are equipped with a year’s worth of support in their daily responsibilities as leaders in the association industry.

Virtual Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policies:

ASAE will fully refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to ASAE Registration via e-mail at All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 10 business days before the first day of the virtual conference. Requests made in writing less than 10 business days prior to the first day of the virtual conference, will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations must be permitted no later than August 11, 2021.

Please submit your written request to Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Special Offers/Discount Codes Policy:

Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
