**Cost is per exhibiting company.
To determine pricing for additional sizes, use the cost per 10x10 and multiply by the number of booths you desire.
Additionally, if you utilize multiple corner booths, you will need to add in the corner booth rates accordingly.

DO YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOUR BOOTH IS NEXT TO ANOTHER COMPANY'S BOOTH?

Ensure there is a designated Group/Block Captain that will work with ASAE Show Management Team and arrange all booth placements for your entire Group/Block during the online booth lottery.
Please have the designated Group/Block Captain fill out the Group/Block form found HERE
If a member of your Group/Block needs a copy of the RSVP Invite email, please have them contact us at exhibit@asaecenter.org, so we can add them to our Lottery RSVP system
ALL participants within any Group/Block, must RSVP and pay the deposit
Please ensure each of your partners indicate on the RSVP form which Group/Block they are in
Submit all forms no later than January 12

What Is Included With Booth Purchase: (per 10x10)**

Almost 10 hours of exhibit hours over two days; with final day option to conduct your important client meetings in our exclusive Business Connection Lounge (BCL)!
One full access booth staff registration and the opportunity to purchase up to three additional (Sorry -Expo Hall only badges are not available).
Access to all ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition educational offerings and opening and closing evening networking events.
Pre- and post-show mailing lists of opted-in executives, including attendee demographics.
Company Listing in online Exhibitor Directory, including a 25-word description on multiple platforms including: the event website and mobile app (upgrades available).
Visibility within the live online floor plan with link to your company website.
Ability for conference attendees to schedule one-on-one appointments with you.
Exclusive access to the Business Connection Lounge (BCL), which includes open seating and private meeting rooms.
“We’re Exhibiting” logo to use in your marketing and post on your website.
Standard 8' high pipe and drape back wall with 3' high draped side rails.
Standard 7'' x 44'' identification sign for linear booths.

**All booths must be furnished with carpet or provided with flooring and it is not included with above listed booth fees
