Are you an association professional seeking help to strategize the next phase of your career, troubleshoot a career challenge, prepare for critical conversations, and more? Engaging with a professional coach can help.

In support of ASAE's commitment to the ongoing professional development of our communities, we are pleased to partner with the ASAE Association CareerHQ and International Coaching Federation (ICF) to provide coaching sessions onsite during our 2023 Annual Meeting and Exposition.

ICF’s 50,000+ active members around the world represent the highest quality of professional coaching, adhering to a Code of Ethics that sets them apart in the industry. Through the work of its six unique family organizations, ICF empowers professional coaches, coaching clients, organizations, communities, and the world through coaching.

Participating coaches will be available throughout the conference for 60-minute 1:1 confidential coaching sessions. We expect sessions to fill quickly, so don’t wait. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.

Each coaching session costs $140, payable by credit card.

HOW-TO ADD TO YOUR EXISTING REGISTRATION:

• Login to Registration Service Center using the credentials provided in your registration confirmation email
• Click UPDATE YOUR REGISTRATION
• Click EDIT next to your name
• Proceed through the form by clicking CONTINUE until Registration Fees & Package page
• Select COACHING SESSION and then CONTINUE at the bottom of the screen
• Select the preferred coach and time you would like (click on the name of any speaker to review their bio!)
• Click CONTINUE to proceed to the REGISTRATION SUMMARY page – please review to ensure the right coach and time have been selected!  
• Need to make a change?  Simply click the BACK button until you arrive back on the Coaching session selection page
• After final review, CONTINUE to the Payment Information page to submit your payment for the coaching session and submit your updated registration
• You will receive an email from the Coaching Program Team with details closer to the event
