Step onto the field—literally—and close out the 2026 ASAE Annual Meeting with a celebration worthy of the final whistle. Hosted at Lucas Oil Stadium, Monumental Moments: The ASAE Closing Celebration delivers a high-energy, immersive experience inspired by Indiana’s passion for sports and Indianapolis’ reputation for hosting iconic events.
From cheerleader welcomes and interactive field experiences to behind-the-scenes stadium access, elevated game-day favorites, and surprise moments, this is more than a reception—it’s a send-off.

Atmosphere & Activations
Field Activations: There is nothing more exciting than throwing or kicking a football in an actual NFL stadium! Attendees will have the opportunity to punt and pass the football on the field. These activations include:
- Field Goal Kick Station
- Pass for Accuracy Station
- Vertical Jump Station with Leaderboard
- Designated Free Play Area
- 40-Yard Dash Station with Leaderboard
- Additional Tailgate Games: Giant Pong, Cornhole, Giant Jenga
Photo Finish Moments: From the onsite fun to balloon displays, there are countless selfie stations.
Backstage Tours: Attendees will have the chance to experience a behind-the-scenes look at the locker rooms and other VIP access areas of the stadium not normally open to the public. These tours will run on a 20-minute rotation.
Interactive Stations: Attendees can create personalized bandanas at one of the attendee interaction stations.
Featured Guests: Attendees will be welcomed by Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders, meet and greet with some of Indiana’s most exciting team mascots, and have the opportunity for a signed autograph from retired Colts player Gary Brackett.
Musical Moments
The horseshoe will be hopping with one of Indy’s favorite DJs, who will be playing music and emceeing throughout the event.
Shopping
The Colts Pro Shop will be open to all attendees during the reception to make purchases.
Food & Beverage
Snacks: Kettle Chips + Dip; Roasted Corn Fundido; Garden Fresh Crudité
Small Bites: Caprese Toast (VG); Cucumber Watermelon Shooter (VG, GF); Mac & Cheese Bites

Clear Bag Policy
All bags, including diaper bags, brought into Lucas Oil Stadium must adhere to the NFL’s clear bag policy. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and must not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
Transportation
Most conference hotels are within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Attendees will be guided to walk directly from the Closing Keynote at the Indianapolis Convention Center over to Lucas Oil Stadium in a fanfare atmosphere, as Lucas Oil Stadium is across the street from the convention center.
Once the event concludes, attendees can walk back to their hotels, or, if staying at Hyatt Place/Hyatt House, The Alexander, or Hilton, take a shuttle.
- Shuttle service (Hyatt Place/Hyatt House, The Alexander, and Hilton only) runs from 12:30pm – 4:30pm (15–20 minute intervals).
- Shuttle to Lucas Oil Stadium starts at 12:30pm.
- Shuttle from Lucas Oil Stadium back to hotels starts at 1:30pm.
- Last shuttle departs Lucas Oil Stadium at 4:30pm.
