ASAE meets regularly with city officials and public safety agencies to address the complex logistics of hosting a large-scale citywide convention. These meetings result in a coordinated public safety and security plan designed to promote confidence and peace of mind for all who attend.
For the 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, ASAE is working closely with Discover Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Convention Center, as well as key public agencies. This multi-agency approach allows us to proactively adapt to evolving circumstances and ensure a seamless and secure experience.
