Virtual Annual Meeting FAQ's


Virtual Cancellation Policy:

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than July 24, 2020 via email at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to registration@asaecenter.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Special Offers/Discount Codes Policy:

Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

All registrants will receive an email notification from ASAE Show Management, when the platform is available in late July.


All registrants will be provided with custom log in credentials by ASAE Show Management, in late July. You will use your credentials to log into the Intrado Platform for the entire conference or for the one day you purchased.

The ASAE Virtual Annual Meeting & Exposition is a fully virtual experience occuring online August 10-12, 2020. It is the event where thousands of association professionals and industry partners gather to exchange time, resources, strategies, solutions, and more.

Over three days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are equipped with a year’s worth of support in their daily responsibilities as leaders in the association industry. Attendees will have access to social activities during breaks as well as designated networking opportunities. 


Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until the end of August. Registrants will also be able to continue chatting with exhibitors and other partners.
