To complete your contract online, you will need to pay at least 50% of your total purchase costs with a major credit card today, and must pay the balance no later than June 21, 2021.
If you need to pay by check, you can select the SEND INVOICE payment option at the end of the online form. Once your invoice has been sent, you will be required to pay the balance no later than June 21, 2021. Should you have any questions about this process, please contact us.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of online contract submission and full payment is due no later than June 21, 2021. Thereafter full payment is required at the time of online contract submission.
PAYMENT OF DEBTS
All virtual engagement package participants are responsible for ensuring that there are no outstanding amounts owed by them to ASAE. Virtual organization names may not appear online until payment s received in full. If payment is not received prior to the start of the virtual conference, ASAE will not allow access to their virtual registrations, engagement opportunity or display of your organization in the Industry Partner Directory. Day of event payments will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
All requests for cancellation or reduction of any virtual engagement package must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by June 21, 2021, and shall become effective upon receipt by ASAE. If written notice of cancellation is received by ASAE on or before June 21, 2021, ASAE will retain or shall be owed a cancellation processing fee of $150. If written notice of cancellation is received by ASAE after June 21, 2021, ASAE will retain or shall be owed a cancellation processing fee equal to 100% of the total purchase fees.
